Achievements to DateOur latest purchase for conservation enforcement, two decoy deer, one of which is remote-controlled, has been a great success. The decoys have been used in Garrett County to catch a couple long-time outlaws who we have been trying to catch for years. It is hard to say how many "real" deer have been saved by the apprehension of these two guys alone. Thanks to all the officers who participated, and to all those who donated to help purchase the decoys. WCEF is proud to announce that, thanks to a generous donation from The American Kennel Club, we will be able to support the Natural Resources Police Canine Program in the coming year.
